So to keep everyone up to date, I've had a couple of weeks off training, these have been great to help get me ready for the winter. I'm now going into hibernation ha ha, I'm going to work harder than ever, amongst a great group and my coach, also a select few that are helping me in the gym. I already can't wait to see what i can produce in 2016! I've been sent all my Gym programmes from my coach, so now i know what i will be doing... he calls them 'fun', but I beg to differ!
Something else that has happened recently is I have been nominated for an Community Pride Award, I am looking forward to going to what is always a great night! Along with that I have been to Minster FM where they interviewed me again for the More Sports Show, airing next Thursday Evening on DAB Radio. Not only that, I have also been asked for an interview with Athletics Weekly Magazine, so I will keep you posted about when that will be published. Be sure to look and listen out.
Anyway I start my weights programmes next week, pretty excited to get started, and get back into the routine of full training again. I know it's going to be very Intense along with work, but I will keep plugging away, and carry on my improvements! I know it will be worth it in the long run! I'm going to start and video some of my training, not so much in the gym, but other bits and bobs and give my reaction and also answer any questions anyone may have!
Now... I think its time to get back into watching the World Championships from Bejing, Some real inspirational performances going on, and I can't wait to be amongst teams like this in the near future hopefully.
